NADA GLOBAL: Our 3 Steps To Growth

3 Steps To Growth: The NADA Global Business Plan

“By the end of 2002, there will be only two kinds of businesses: those with an Internet presence, and those with no business at all.” -Bill Gates

A good business plan can make or break a business.  All successful businesses have a clear marketing strategy, especially for their web design and development, which makes everything they do more effective.

At NADA GLOBAL we know that an efficient business plan is not something that comes as second nature; it’s takes tried and true methods, research, and creativity.

That’s how our 3 steps to growth were created.

The right business plan will help represent your creativity, professionalism, and adaptability to change. And growth is all about change.

NADA GLOBAL Web Design & Development

We all live in the world of design and marketing: everything we do and see is the product of someone’s business strategy. An effective website is becoming an integral part of business today. Landing your web site in search engine results is key, as more than 80 percent of traffic comes via search engines.  With over 1 billion websites on the Internet today, effective web design is essential to capture the attention and commitment of your web visitors.

As web designers and developers we understand how to clearly present information for online viewing. We are also well versed in the ever-changing coding languages and standards, interactive media, and most recently how to best reach web users on any device.

3 Steps To Growth: Our Refined Process

As part of your business growth tactic you will want to wholly represent your brand, and streamline your internal systems and marketing. The NADA Global Style is all about helping you connect with your users. Successful strategy is all about ingenious creativity, backed by research, and testing with a little fine-tuning thrown in. So rev your engines and get ready for a great new start!

The 3 Step Strategy is as follows:

3 steps to growth

NADA GLOBAL’s 3 Steps to Growth

Step #1 Research: The Who & How

It’s actually a really fun part of the creative process. The process of spending time to research and understand your message, your target audience and competition. It’s like being the detective in a mystery novel!

The “Who?” means Demographic and end user target market (for the PSMG)

The “How?” means how do we use Primary and Secondary message and goals (PSMG) and demographic findings to connect your end user?

Once we know the target audience, we want to understand what drives them. What are their motivations? What do they care about? Who you are, meaning you and your business, is a critical primary message. Secondary messages support and enrich the primary message.

Step #2 Design and Develop

Even more good stuff! Every line, button and link is designed with purpose and with your brand in mind.

This is what we work on:

  • Developing marketing strategy
  • Navigation
  • WebMap
  • Content development
  • Creative Briefs
  • Wire frames

Some of these may be new terms for you, but in summary, a central theme in web design is the development of a web navigation interface that maximizes usability. Your website wireframe is a visual guide that represents the skeletal framework. Wireframes are created for the purpose of arranging elements; it depicts the page layout or arrangement of the website’s content, including interface elements and navigational systems, and how they work together

Step #3 Execute

Now that we have all the tools, it’s time to put them into action, to test, look, listen and learn!

Here we look at what we created from a new perspective, bird’s eye view, then granular, what can we discover and change to make it better. We listen with UX/UI usability testing, A/B testing, final pages, and surveys/focus groups. We learn by taking all the information for more discoveries and fine-tuning to increase viability and performance. Review.revise.repurpose

Again, some of these may be new terms for you; in summary A/B testing (also called split testing) is when we compare two versions of a web page to see which one performs better. The one that gives a better conversion rate wins! UX Design refers to the term User Experience Design, while UI Design stands for User Interface Design. Both elements are crucial to an excellent end product and work closely together.

NADA GLOBAL: A Better Connection For You

NADA GLOBAL is a wonderful example of business growth. We started like many new businesses do… with an idea. From 2002 to November of 2004, the business plan was laid out, on a napkin, to create a unique agency that would be hard for companies to overlook. On November 2, 2004, the doors of NADA GLOBAL opened in St. Paul, MN and then a few years later, expanded to Laguna Beach, CA and to a consistent flow of more and more amazing clients to serve!

We understand better than anyone else what having the right connections can mean for a successful business. And today the right connections start with our business plan and three steps to growth!

When you first started your business, you likely invested a lot in terms of money, time and sweat equity to get your business off the ground. So…now what?

You may be wondering how to take the next step and grow your business beyond its current status.

If you’re ready to grow we’re here to help!
