How We Do It

And this is how it’s done

NADA GLOBAL’s development process is streamlined and geared towards executing with accuracy, efficiency and quality while keeping the timeline in mind. Most projects follow a similar creative process.

Phase one  Creative Consultation:

We will consult with you to understand the details of your business, your target audience, short term and long term goals, difficulties, requirements and features you have for your website as well as location of URL, DNS and email needs.

Phase two  Web-map/Wireframe:

From our initial consultation and what you have provided we will create a web-map, and sometimes a wireframe, with the detailed architecture and structure of your website.

Phase three  Design/Assets:

Once the web-map/wireframe is approved, our team will work collectively using the information gathered at the creative consultation to design a set of creative options that fit with the direction of your business. Typically it will consist of one home page layout and one internal page layout and design. If the requirements yield additional layouts, then supplementary designs will be developed once these are approved. These are non-working Photoshop files that give us the opportunity to create, with flexibility. At this point we will gather information, content and photography by providing you with a Content Doc that will assist you in this process.

Phase four  Creative Review: Presentation

Once we are confident that we have achieved the creative objective, we will present the design concepts for review on your personal Virtual Design Review System for you to give feedback at your convenience. We request that feedback be posted within one week of presentation to continue the project’s momentum.

Phase five  Creative Review: Revisions

We will review your feedback with our team and work together to revise the design(s) based upon your feedback from the Virtual Design Review System while keeping in mind what we learned at the consultation. We will discuss with you any questions or challenges we have to ensure we are giving you a strong round 2 of designs. Once we are confident that we’ve reached excellence, we will post round 2 for review and feedback. Again, we request feedback be posted within one week. We will follow this process for Round 3, the final round of revisions in the proposed budget.

Phase six  Development:

Following your approval of the designs, we will commence with the development process and build out of your website.

Phase seven  Test Site Review: Presentation

Once we have built out your website we will present to you a working version on our test server. This is your opportunity to go through the entire site and make a list of function, content and imagery revisions.

Phase eight  Test Site: Revisions & Finalization

We will review your feedback email or document with our team and work together to revise the test site. We will discuss with you any questions or challenges we have to ensure we are giving you a strong round 2. Once we are confident that we’ve completed the requested revisions we will post round 2 for review and feedback.

Phase nine  Approval & Go Live:

Once we have completed all revisions requested we will request final approval and will make the necessary adjustments to post the site live for the world to see. This process can take up to 24 hours from final approval.

Congratulations!
